Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with any purhcase you make that's why returns are easy and free for most of our items within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Please note: large item furniture pieces (such as tables and sofas) require a scheduled pickup, so they incur a $150 handling fee. If you want clarification on a specific piece, contact us through email or chat, and we'd be happy to clarify.

International orders, art prints, Sample Sale, and special event purchases are final sale.

Things to keep in mind to receive a full refund:

All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition in original protective packaging.

Bedding and towels must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Otherwise, we will send back in lieu of a refund.
